Attorney Paul Gefreh of Colorado Springs; lying loser

The state of Colorado presented Paul T. Gefreh with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal
• Failed to withdraw representation when withdrawal was mandatory
• Engaged in deceitful conduct in representation of client in bankruptcy action

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2020), Paulie practices at 2125 North Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
