Attorney William Hart III of Denver, convicted criminal

The state of Colorado provided William Thomas O’Connell Hart III with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Arrested for criminal mischief
  • While intoxicated, aggressively confronted group of four children playing at nearby residence
  • Demanded that a child stop taking pictures of car parked in front of no parking sign
  • Ripped no parking sign off fence and threw it at two children
  • Yelled profanities at children and mother of two of the children
  • Aggressively stepped toward the mother, causing her to be afraid
  • Pled guilty criminal mischief as part of unsupervised deferred judgment
  • Failed to report conviction to Attorney Regulation Counsel Office
  • In another matter, municipal jury found Billy guilty of harassment and physical contact involving a minor child
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation under the rules of a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak, (ca. August 2019), Billy practices with Hart Hart LLC at 1624 North Washington Street in Denver, Colorado.
