Attorney Jill Ferguson of Denver; drunken convict

The state of Colorado provided Jill Ferguson with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Jill guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty along with boyfriend to Disturbing the Peace
• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jill by gifting her, with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jill the convict.
