Attorney Kristin Knotts of Denver; drunken convict

The state of Colorado provided Kristin Lee Knotts with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Kristin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kristin!)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) in Nebraska
• Served 91 days in jail re: DUI conviction
• Failed to comply with Bar’s demand for medical evaluation (Up yours, said Kristin!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kristin by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2018) Kristin practices at 2481 South Ivanhoe Place in Denver, Colorado.
