Attorney Kurt E. Walberg of Denver, CO; deadbeat loser

The state of Colorado provided Kurt E. Walberg with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Kurt guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kurt knowingly failed to comply with his court-ordered child support obligation, but falsely certified compliance for several years on his attorney registration statements.

As direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kurt by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Kurt practices at 1471 Stuart Street in Denver, Colorado.
