Attorney John Halepaska of Greenwood Village, CO; convicted felon

The state of Colorado provided John David Halepaska with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny pled guilty to vehicular assault while driving under the influence (DUI. Subsequently, a trial court judge sentenced Johnny to six years in prison, plus three years of mandatory parole.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Johnny practices with the Law Offices of Jordan & Associates LLC at 5445 DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
