Attorney Rafael Flores of Wheat Ridge, CO; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Rafael A. Flores with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Rafael guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain trust and client billing records
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit client funds into trust account
• Failed to keep records of fee payments received from client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Rafael by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Rafael practices with the Flores Law Group LLC at 3230 Estes Street in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
