Attorney Paul Fossenier of Denver; convicted burglar

The state of Colorado provided Paul Michael Fossenier with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of South Dakota Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Broke into apartment belonging to someone he didn’t know and attached a resident
• Police reported noted that Paulie was drunk
• Pled guilty to second-degree burglary and criminal mischief

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Paulie practices with Gordon & McWhirter LLC at 899 Logan Street in Denver, Colorado.
