Attorney Richard Ivker of Carbondale, CO; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Richard Neil Ivker with a law license in 1981.

The Colorado State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Advised client to flee country rather than face criminal charges
• Failed to fully investigate error in client’s sentence structure
• Failed to refund any portion of fee before filing civil action (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Dick practices at 730 Green Meadow Road in Carbondale, Colorado.
