Attorney Timothy Priebe of Colorado Springs; moronic loser

The state of Colorado provided Timothy James Priebe with a law license in 2004.

The Colorado State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter so as to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Never filed action on behalf of client
• Failed to research issue re: statute of limitations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Timmy practices with the Priebe Law Firm LLC at 1465 Kelly Johnson Blvd in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
