Attorney Richard Booth of Denver; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado provided Richard N. Booth with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Recklessly failed to safeguard and separate client funds
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dick.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Dick practices with the Petrovero Law Office LLC at 700 Colorado Blvd in Denver, Colorado.
