Attorney John Cimino of Denver; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided John A. Cimino with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligent filed to file response to dissolution petition

• Negligence led to loss of ability to present evidence on client’s behalf

• Inappropriately handled retainer fee

• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Johnny practices with Cimino & Benham LLC at 925 East 17th Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
