Attorney Stephen Baca of Westminster, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Stephen C. Baca with a law license in 2005.

The Colorado State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Filed a frivolous [BS] claim
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to follow applicable rules of procedure
• Failed to advise immigration client that a guilty plea in a criminal matter would in fact affect his immigration status
• Misrepresented (lied) about client’s immigration status to trial court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Stevie practices with the Law Offices of Stephen C. Baca at 12207 Pecos Street in Westminster, Colorado.
