The state of Illinois presented Martin H. Albert with a law license in 1985.

The Disciplinary Commission found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

During the time Marty was a partner at a large Chicago law firm, Marty misappropriated (stole) approximately $35,000 from the firm over a two-year period by submitting false expense vouchers.

In addition, Marty made false statements about the nature of some of the sham expenses when questioned by another partner.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Marty practices at 29033 Ridgecrest Court in Valencia, California.
