Attorney Frank Barilla of Santa Ana, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Frank Francis Barilla with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California State Bar found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

On at least three occasions, Frankie improperly collected advance fees for loan modification services. He also failed to provide a written notice to his client that it was not necessary to hire a third party to negotiate for a loan modification.

As one would suspect, this isn’t Frankie’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reproval for failing to report to the State Bar that he had employed a disbarred attorney.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Frankie practices at 2107 North Broadway in Santa Ana, California.
