The California State Bar Court found Andy of the following misconduct.

 

Andy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Failed to perform services competently (Idiot)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Andy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

  • Failed to perform services competently (Idiot)
  • Failed to inform clients of significant developments in their cases
  • Failed to pay court sanctions
  • Improperly withdrew from representation
  • Failed to inform clients of scheduled settlement conference
  • Failed to respond to opposing party’s discovery requests
  • Failed to appear at 4 court-scheduled hearings
  • Failed to file required documents on client’s behalf
  • Failed to respond to client inquires
  • Failed to inform client her case had been dismissed
  • Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
  • Misconduct caused significant harm to clients
  • Indifferent toward rectifying harm caused to clients
  • Failed to reimburse client for $1,000 sanction client paid
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Andy!)
