The state of California provided Eve Susan Chesbro with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Antioch University Law School in Washington D.C.
The California State Bar Court found Eve guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to provide competent legal services (Dumbo)
- Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
- Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
- Failed to provide client with appropriate accounting of funds
- Failed to respond to client inquires
- Failed to file lawsuit as promised on client’s behalf
- Failed to apprise clients of status of legal matter
As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Eve by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.
As we speak (ca. July 2014), Eve practices at 65 North Catalina Avenue in Pasadena, California, which is a suburb of Los Angeles.
