Attorney Jason Smith of Mission Viejo, CA; idiotic thief 
The state of California provided Jason Allan Smith with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Cal-State Fullerton University Law School.
The California State Bar Court found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to refund unearned advance fees (thief)
- Failed to promptly release client papers
- Illegally collected advance fees for mortgage loan modification services
- Failed to provide competent legal services (idiot)
- Failed to respond to client status inquiries
- Failed to provide client with services of any value
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jason’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As we speak (ca. June 2014), Jason practices at 26721 Baronet in Mission Viejo, California.
