The state of California provided John Mark Edward Bouzane with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Western State University Law School in Los Angeles.
The California State Bar Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

- Failed to respond to discovery motions
- Failed to comply with court orders
- Failed to appear at scheduled court hearings on client’s behalf
- Monetarily sanctioned by court
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

- Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
- Failed to return client’s file after discharge
- Failed to properly supervise office staff
