Attorney Scott Adrian of Burbank, CA; ethical troll

The state of California provided Scott Alexander Adrian with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

FYI: Southwestern is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The California State Bar found Scottie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Lied to Melissa Roberts and Charles Terry that he was an attorney with “Safety Kleen” to improperly gain access to Clean Harbors Buttonwillow Landfill facility
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Intentionally and knowingly made a statement that was false and misleading

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation and imposed costs of $4,078.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Scottie fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.adrianlawfirm.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2022), Scottie practices his so-called brand of law with The Adrian Law Firm at 303 North Glenoaks Blvd in Burbank, California.
