Attorney Frank Buck of Suisun City, CA; ethical dwarf

The state of California presented Frank Thomas Buck with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.

FYI: The University of West Los Angeles is involved in taking in losers that could not get accepted at mainstream law schools such as UC Davis, UCLA, the University of San Francisco or USC.

The State Bar Court found Frankie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with agreement in lieu of discipline
• Failed to maintain appropriate accounting records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
