Attorney Sabbir Ahmed of Los Angeles; idiotic loser

The state of California presented Sabbir Ahmed with a law license in 195 after he graduated from Loyola University of School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Sabbir guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Recklessly or repeatedly failed to perform legal services with competence (idiot)
• By signing the Rights and Responsibilities Agreement ("RARA") certifying that he had personally provided the debtor with counseling on five matters listed in the RARA, when he had never met nor spoken
• to the debtor
• Failed to supervise the non-lawyers in his office
• Failed to provide the required counseling prior to filing bankruptcy petition
• Failed to appear at the hearing for confirmation of the debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan
• Failure to appear at debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan hearing causing ’s bankruptcy case to be dismissed
• Aided a person in the unauthorized practice of law

As a direct consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Sabir by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
