Attorney Jacob Austin of San Diego, CA; repeat drunken convict

The state of California provided Jacob Prescott Austin with a law license in 2103 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

FYI: Thomas Jefferson is a 4^th Tier school that is not accredited by the ABA and is in the business of accepting losers that could not gain acceptance at mainstream law schools like U.C. Davis, University of San Francisco, Stanford or USC.

The State Bar Court found Jacob guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) with blood alcohol content of 0.14%
• This was Jacob’s second DUI conviction
• Sentenced to 4 days in jail
• Ordered to complete DUI multiple-conviction program

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Jacob by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.
