Attorney Phyllis Colman of Los Angeles; idiotic loser

The state of California presented Phyllis R. Colman with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from The University of West Los Angles.

FYI: The University of West Los Angeles is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis and/or UCLA.

The State Bar found Phyllis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Victims of misconduct was/were highly vulnerable
• Failed to promptly respond to client inquiries
• Intentionally, repeatedly and recklessly failed to perform legal services with competence (idiot)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Phyllis by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Phyllis practices with the Law Office of Phyllis R. Colman at 10880 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
