Attorney Brian Wirsching of Orange, CA; ethical troll

The state of California provided Brian David Wirsching with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Whittier University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to update address with State Bar
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brian!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Brian practices with Amrane Cohen, Chapter 13 Trustee at 770 City Drive South in Orange, California.
