Attorney Frank S. Carleo of Inglewood, CA; Dufus, repeat offender

Unfortunately the California Supreme Court provided Frank S. Carleo with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.

Recently, the California Bar Court found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct:
  • Making a false statement on a proof of service
  • Failed to report judicial sanctions to the State Bar as required
  • Repeated acts of deceit in dealing with trial court
Due to Frankie’s repeated acts of deceit in a pending lawsuit, the defendants filed motions with the trial court seeking sanctions. The judge then sanctions Frankie $1,126, which of course Frankie the Loser failed to report to the State Bar.

This wasn’t Frankie’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 1989 the Bar Court punished Frankie’s misconduct by suspending his law license.

As punishment for his 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree in 2005, the Bar Court’s idea of punishing Frankie was to gift him with a complimentary reproval.

And for Frankie’s 3rd and most current bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree the apologists for unethical attorneys sitting on the Bar Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a 30-day suspension.

As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Frankie practices his so-called brand of law at 508 West Hillsdale Street in Inglewood, California.
