Attorney Michael D. Anderson of Pasadena; repeat offender

The California Supreme Court presented Michael D. Anderson with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from American College of Law located in Brea, California.

In the recent past, the California State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct:
  • Failing to comply with conditions of a provisos disciplinary order
  • Failure to inform the State Bar about judicial sanctions’
  • Refusal to cooperate with State Bar investigation
For his most recent misconduct (ca. 2010) the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a 30-day suspension.

In 2006, the State Bar Court found Mike guilty of failing to timely file probation reports, and for failing to take and pass State Bar ethics school.

Give me a break! What’s the point of ethics classes for a buffoon who got his law license 25-years earlier?

For his first bite at the Attorney Misconduct Apple Tree, the Bar Court punished Mike by presenting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Mike the Loser practices his brand of law at Anderson & Associates at 140 South Lake Avenue in Pasadena, California,

On Mike’s self-serving website at www.a-a-law.com/attorneys.htm he makes no mention of his visits to the Attorney Misconduct Apple Tree. I suppose if he did so it would only tend to limit his future “victim pool,” right?
