Attorney Michael Stone-Molloy of Los Angeles, CA; scofflaw

The State of California presented Michael Stone-Molloy with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated Penal Law by facilitating the recording of conversations without obtaining consent from person being recorded
• Advised client to surreptitiously and illegally record conversations with person providing care to client’s

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2019) Mikey practices with The Lion’s Law Office at 355 South Grand Avenue in Los Angeles, California.
