Attorney M. Pierre Blahnik of San Luis Obispo, CA; drunken scofflaw

The state of California presented M. Pierre Blahnik with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Pierre guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled no contest (guilty in effect) to driving under the influence
• Pled no contest to reckless driving on a public street
• Pled no contest to one count of resisting, obstructing a peace officer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Pierre by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Pierre practices at 992 Monterey Street in San Luis Obispo, California.
