Attorney Burton Allyn IV of San Rafael, CA; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided Burton Charles Allyn IV with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Burt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to return client files to client after being terminated
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Burt!)
• Recklessly failed to perform services on behalf of client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Burt by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (December 2016), Burt practices with Johns & Allyn at 1010 B Street in San Rafael, California, which is in Marin County.
