Attorney Daniel Bornstein of Larkspur, CA; convicted drunk

The state of California provided Daniel Mark Bornstein with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School. 

The California State Bar Court found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Danny was convicted of driving under the influence on two occasions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Danny practices with the Law Offices of Daniel Mark Bornstein at 100 Larkspur Landing Circle in Larkspur, California.
