Attorney Fari Nejadpour of Beverly Hills, CA; thief, repeat offender

The state of California presented Fari Bari Nejadpour with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from California Southern University Law School in Riverside, California.

The California State Bar Court found Fari guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Fari found it acceptable when he failed to inform opposing counsel, their clients and the court in three divorce cases that he was the owner and his wife the realtor in the company that was listing the community property houses for sale. Nor did he inform his clients in writing, as required. He also did not inform parties on both sides that they could seek advice from an independent attorney relating to the fact he had a financial interest that might not be to their advantage.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Fari by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
