Attorney Justin Allen of Modesto, CA; idiotic thief

The state of California provided Justin Thomas Allen with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Northern California Law School. The University of Northern California is a fourth tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like UCLA or UC Davis.

The California Bar Court found Justin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of significant developments in his case
• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Justin!)
• Failed to refund unearned fees
• Failed to return client files to client after being terminated
• File client’s lawsuit in the wrong court (moron)
• Failed to inform client that defendant filed cross complaint against the client
• Waived client’s right to jury trial w/o client’s permission
• Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s request for documents
• Performed no legal services of value for his client
• Ordered to refund $11,910 in unearned advance fees

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
