The state of California provided Martin Cornelis Bobak with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Pacific Law School.

The California Bar Court found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

Marty’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

Marty’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failing to comply with conditions of earlier disciplinary finding by not scheduling a meeting with his probation deputy by the required deadline
• Failed to submit two quarterly reports on time
• Failed to provide proof of having attended Ethics School (What would the point be?)

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Marty practices at 3035 Via Vista in Laguna Woods, California, which is located in Orange County.
