Attorney Franklin Adler of Beverly Hills, CA; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Franklin Samuel Adler with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to communicate with client
• Misconduct significantly harmed client
• Failed to provide accounting of legal services to client
• Never provided fee agreement to his client
• Failed to respond to numerous client inquiries
• Intentionally, recklessly, or repeatedly failed to perform with competence [idiot]
• Failed to promptly refund $8,000 in unearned fees to client
• Failed to inform client of significant developments in matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
