Attorney Al Amer of Long Beach, CA; idiotic cheater

The state of California provided Al Fadel Amer with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California Bar Court found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Issued checks against insufficient funds (rubber)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Al!)
• Issued electronic checks from client account to pay personal expenses

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Al was never criminally charged with writing bad checks.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Al practices with The Amer Law Firm in Long Beach, California.
