Attorney Mehrdad Alborz of Winnetka, CA; cheating loser

The state of California provided Mehrdad Alborz with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angeles Law School, , which is a Fourth tier school dedicated to accepting loser that couldn’t get into mainstream schools such as UCLA, USC, Stanford or UC Davis.

The California State Bar found Alborz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with accounting of claimed fees
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mehrdad!)
• Failed to file required motion to withdraw from pending case
• Failed to take steps to avoid prejudice of client after withdrawal
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Alborz by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Alborz practices at 20253 Keswick Street in Winnetka, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
