Attorney Gregory Blevins of Tulare, CA; ethical elf

The state of California provided Gregory Duane Blevins with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law on at least two occasions
• Filed or caused to be filed bankruptcy petitions without having his clients’ personally sign their respective petitions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
