The state of California provided Marie Darlene Allen with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Western State University Law School in Canada. Los Angeles, Calfiornia.
The California State Bar Court found Marie guilty of the following misconduct.
On numerous occasions, Marie issued checks from her client trust account without sufficient funds to cover them (rubber checks).
Marie also failed to cooperate with bar investigators. In truth, Marie said “Up Yours!”)
