Attorney Jeffrey Alpert of Encino, CA; moronic thief

The state of California presented Jeffrey Paul Alpert with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct caused client significant harm
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Failed to comply with court order regarding service on opposing counsel
• Effectively abandoned representation of client
• Failed to obtain required court permission to withdraw representation
• Failed to perform legal services competently (moron)
• Failed to release client file after termination
• Failed to take steps to avoid prejudice to client
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jeff!)

As a direct consequence of him misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Jeff practices with the Alpert Law Group APC at 16133 Ventura Blvd in Encino, California.
