Attorney Robert Zwierlein of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA; repeat offender

 

The state of California provided Robert Frank Zwierlein with a law license in 198 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

 

The California State Bar Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Bobby’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to file required documents re: summary judgment on client’s behalf
  • Failed to file response in timely manner
  • Sanctioned $1,000 by appellate court
  • Failed to report $1,000 sanction as required to Bar Court
  • Failed to advise client’s of motion to compel their discovery in personal injury case
  • Failure to comply with discovery led to court sanction of $1,000
  • Negligence led to trial court dismissing client’s case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.

In one matter, Bobby violated terms of probation by failing to meet with probation on time, meet deadlines for submitting quarterly reports or to attend Ethics School before the ordered deadline.

 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
