Attorney Bruce Bennett of Bentonville, AR; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas presented Bruce Jamison Bennett with a law license in 1992.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

·        Failed to abide by client decisions re: representation

·        Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

·        Negligence led to client’s right of appeal to expire

·        Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

·        Failed to file required appeal in worker’s compensation case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (January 2015), Bruce practices in Bentonville, Arkansas.
