Attorney Michael Dabney of Marked Tree, AR; thieving loser

The state of Arkansas presented Michael B. Dabney with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly and intentionally violated Social Security Rules by charging his clients for fees he knew he was not lawfully entitled too (thief)
• Knowingly disobeyed rules of a tribunal
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Thumbed his nose at order from Social Security Administration failed to refund illegally collected fees to his clients (victims) (Screw you, said Mikey!)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

In addition, Mikey was ordered to reimburse his clients (victims) as follows:
