Attorney Robert Robinson of Glendale, AZ; Dumbo, repeat offender

 

The state of Arizona presented Robert G. Robinson with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

 

The Arizona State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Bobby’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  1. Failed to file necessary court documents on client’s behalf
  2. Refused to comply with client’s requests for naming guardian in probate matter
  3. Refused to communicate with his client
  4. Misrepresented (lied) as to status of case to client
  5. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  6. Failed to respond to client’s request for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Bobby’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep clients informed as to status of legal matter
  4. Failed to comply with client requests for information
  5. Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Bobby practices with Robinson & Associates at 5724 West Palmaire in Glendale, Arizona.
