Attorney Gary Beren of Phoenix; repeat offender  The state of Arizona presented Gary Beren with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.
Gary found it acceptable to ignore requests from bar investigators relating to an ethics complaint filed against him. In truth, Gary to the State Bar “Up Yours.”
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gary’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. June 2013) Gary is employed by the Office of Legal Advocate at 3800 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
