Attorney John Dorris III of Tucson, AZ; bullying loser

The state of New York presented John Wesley Dorris III with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Columbia University School of Law.

The 1^st Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Disregarded rule of a tribunal or a ruling of a tribunal made during a proceeding (Screw you, said Johnny!
• Engaged in illegal conduct that adversely reflects on Johnny’s lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Charged with damaging his wife’s cell phone during domestic dispute, a misdemeanor
• Johnny entered into an agreement with the prosecutor to participate in their diversion program, following completion of which the criminal charge against him would be dismissed
• Johnny failed to complete the intake process for the program and failed to appear for at least four pretrial conferences, resulting in the issuance of warrants for his arrest
• Failed to appear at five pretrial conferences

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny makes no mention of his misconduct as set forth above on his self-serving website at www.dgtucson.com. Apparently, Johnny decided to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2022), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law with The Dorris Law Group PLLC at 2 East Congress Street in Tucson, Arizona.
