The state of Arizona provided Courtney Josephine Vernon with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.
The Arizona State Bar found Courtney guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In February 2017, arrested on trespass charges after harassing customers and refusing to leave an indoor amusement park in Arizona

When arrested Courtney made demeaning and derogatory comments to law enforcement

In December 2017, arrested in Iowa and pled guilty to public intoxication and assault and again made demeaning and derogatory comments to law enforcement

In June 2019, arrested for disorderly conduct in Arizona

At time of arrest she announced to law enforcement that she was a lawyer, threatened officers that they would be fired, and made racially insensitive and demeaning comments to the officers

Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Courtney by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.
