Marina Alexandrovich of Tempe, AZ; perjuring scofflaw

The Arizona State Bar found Marina guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in evasive, deceptive and bad faith in response to questions by ethics investigators (Screw you, said Marina!)
  • Laughingly testified that she could not remember what law school she attended, the date of her graduation from law school and whether she practiced law in New York after graduating from law school
  • Testified she had graduated from three law schools, last one being a Canadian law school, but could not name any of them
  • On at least one occasion it was proven via cross examination by ethics investigator that Marin testified falsely under oath [perjury]
  • Repeatedly engaged in the illegal practice of law because she never was licensed to practice in Arizona, New York or any other jurisdiction in the United States

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Marina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Marina practices with the Law Offices of Marina Alexandrovich at 405 West Southern Avenue in Tempe, Arizona.
