Attorney Eric Bjotvedt of Phoenix; cheating slacker

 

The state of Arizona presented Eric G. Bjotvedt Kasey with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

 

The Arizona State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after being fired
  • Failed to explain basis or rate of fee and expenses
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Victims of misconduct vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

 

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Eric practices with the Law Office of Eric G Bjotvedt at 3507 North Central Ave Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
