Kenneth Arrick of Scottsdale; moron, repeat offender

 

The state of Arizona presented Kenneth M. Arrick with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

 

The Arizona State Bar found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Kenny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to comply with court orders
  • Inappropriately withdrew client funds
  • Failed to take responsibility for certain estate matters
  • Order to repay estate $3,260

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

Kenny’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to refund $7,500 fee to client
  • Lied to client he had conducted through investigation
  • Failed to conduct number of interviews with prosecution witnesses
  • Failed to subpoena medical records from client’s prior accident
  • Failed to provide requested medical records to pathologist
  • Failed to timely employ investigator on client’s behalf
  • Ruled guilty of providing ineffective assistant of counsel (moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Kenny practices at 7463 East Quill Lane in Scottsdale, Arizona.
